Bulk Beef Box - PRE-ORDER
Pre-order a 40 lb (approximately 1/8 of a cow) or 80 lb (approximately 1/4 of a cow) beef box. Boxes include:

Premium steaks can include rib steak, t-bone, porterhouse, or new york. Family steaks can include chuck, london broil, top round, or sirloin. Specialty cuts can include flank, tri tip, or filet mignon. |
To pre-order a 40 lb box, add one box to your cart. To pre-order an 80 lb box, add two boxes to your cart.
All boxes are pre-sold and require a non-refundable deposit of $100 per 40 lbs*. The deposit will be credited towards your final amount. The remaining balance of $350 for a 40 lb box or $675 for an 80 lb box will be required via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle at time of pick up.
Boxes currently available for sale will be ready for pick up around January/February 2023. We will notify you via email or phone 2-3 weeks prior to the butcher date so you can plan accordingly for pick up. We do not ship. All meat must be picked up from Hoyt Valley Farms in Burson, CA, and must be picked up within two weeks from the date you are notified it is ready, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
*We understand unforeseen events may occur. If you are no longer able to purchase your box, please reach out immediately. If we are able to quickly sell our box to another family, we may be able to refund your deposit but there is no guarantee.
